[Use Case] Inspection of Chain Conveyor

We can propose a planned maintenance schedule to prevent interruptions due to sudden failures!

Recently, we conducted an inspection of the chain conveyor at our customer's factory. Since a long time has passed since its installation, we took a thorough approach to conduct a detailed inspection. The structure consists of rollers inside the plates, which move along the rails within the conveyor. Both the rollers and rails wear down in proportion to their frequency of use. We measured and recorded the diameters of areas with less wear and areas with more wear on the rollers individually. For safety, we also measured the wear on the plates, but since the thickness at all points remained unchanged, it appears there is no wear. *For more details on this case, you can view it through the related links. For more information, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
